About Us Charm City Direct TV is online TV network designed to give small businesses, entertainment (music artists) a platform to be exposed to the world. Too often, some big media companies overlook the small and highlight the big companies and already signed artists. Charm City Direct TV believes that “someone started from somewhere” in order to get to the top, but we must acknowledge the beginning stages so that other people will recognize them and help them become famous.
