RYG: How would you describe your flow?

FUDD B.: My flow is consistent and versatile. I can adapt and adjust to remain relevant.

RYG: What are some of the changes you would like to see in the Hip Hop Industry?
FUDD B.: I can’t speak directly to that, because Hip Hop has evolved so much already, over the years. Again, I’d just have to adapt and adjust to whatever the standard is, and do my best to exceed that.

RYG: Tell us about the “Southern Hospitality” Album.
FUDD B.: I entitled it “Southern Hospitality,” because of the old saying about us (Mississippians) being respectful and well mannered. Murder, (The Intro) was just me speaking to the instrumental about murdering it. I love tracks with samples. The “Control” song was a modern day tribute to Lisa Fischer. The “Now” song featuring B.o.L. Maejor and DeNero is a banger and one of my personal favorites. The album has a little of everything on there, and it shows the versatility that I speak about.

RYG: What is your favorite song from the album? FUDD B.: My favorite song from the mixtape is “Married To The Money.” It has a nice vibe to it. It’s smooth, laid back, and something you can ride to.

RYG: How have the COVID-19 virus affected your flow (good or bad)?
FUDD B.: From a writer’s point of view, this pandemic allowed me the opportunity to really write and focus on my material. Granted, I do not like it or approve of everything that’s going on, I do consider that the only positive I can take from this Covid-19 pandemic, other than still being alive.

RYG: Do you believe Mississippi Artist will ever enter the forefront of Hip Hop?
FUDD B.: I feel that’s a continuous work in progress, because just like Mississippi Artists are working hard to get there, others are working hard to keep the places they have, and most who don’t have place want it.
