True Hearts…

Gregory Miller, CEO of Hood Heart Organization

RYG: Why was Hood Heart formed? To provide assistance to those in need with the support of the community and other organization with the  same drive as us.We are hoping to raise awareness that we all can depend on one another to help those in our community.

RYG:  How do you feel the less fortunate are being treated? I feel that there are some resources out there for people, but  there is so much more that can be done for the homeless, single mothers and any person that may have fell on hard times. Our city has spent so much money on useless project and neglected the problems that really need to be addressed .

RYG:  Have you encountered any resistance? I can honestly say that we haven’t since we started this mission. My only hope is to help as many people as possible as well as help others  realize that we all should play apart in lending a helping hand because any situation that people may encounter can easily be anyone  of us .

RYG: What’s next  for Hood Heart? Our next event will be directed in supporting our youth by having a 250 word essay.  The topic question will be : Why is education so important to your plans in the future? The contest is for all seniors in high school. The winner will receive $500 in cash, lap top,and school supplies.Of course we will be feeding the homeless and providing them with clothing once a month as we have done for that past couple months.

RYGHow can others help with the Hood Heart Mission?  We encourage anyone to help with clothing, non perishable, and monetary donations. Right now, everything me and my team does comes from our continued efforts. We plan to have a non profit status so we may provide more and grow as organization; who truly wants to help with no reward in return but to see people happy.I wanna give a special shout out to Kermit, Kim, Keshia, AneesahRoslyn, & Keith…. #TEAM HOOD HEART
