Our goal is to make women feel glamorous and elegant in African Clothing regardless of body shape and size. Every piece is made by seamstresses with excellent attention to details. These creations are designed for fun and for sophistication, for the young and the mature, for slim and full figures. 
RYG: Tell us about Zadda Designs and about your journey into fashion.
I have always loved fashion but I decided to pursue it when I could not find African wear that I like so I decided to design a dress to wear to a formal event. I get inspiration from woman of all shape and sizes with need to have clothes made that embraces their curves and shape. My goal is to make women feel glamorous and elegant regardless of body shape and size. My creations are designed for fun and for sophistication, for the young and the mature, for slim and full figures. I love making woman feel sexy and stylish. I have been designing for the last 10 years but I only decided to do it full time within the last three years and I am so amazed by the feedback I have received from people around the world. I decided to do African inspire clothing because I am originally from Monrovia, Liberia. African wear growing up was always large and bulky. It never show curves nor embrace your shapes. I decided to put a new spin on it so women can appreciate our traditional wear and feel good about wearing them. At Zabba Designs, I combine the colorful and self-expressive approach of the life of the people in West Africa, with the contemporary forms of the western world, thus creating a very expressive style that simultaneously embodies the bravery of being yourself and the values of tradition. I create pieces that can transition from day to night. It is stylish and chic.
