He begin his career path at Carver Voc Tech High School 1998-2001. In 2001-2003, he attend one of the best school Johnson and Wales University in Norfolk VA. graduating with a A.A. Degree.
After finishing College, Lavar worked at 5 season of Baltimore, Bo Brooks, Armark. with that training and knowledge. He took his vision to start his own company; SweetTooth Gourmey Catering.
