Dee Dee was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. She turned her passion of First Grade teacher into professional writer as well as becoming the Publisher of her own publishing company; Ahsyad Publications, which was created by using the letters in her daughter’s name.
Dee Dee is a Screenwriter, Playwright, Director, and Producer. She has eight authors signed to her Publishing Company right now.
Ahsyad Publication is producing two plays (Misery Loves Company & All Bad Men Can Do Is Keep The Good One From Coming To You), coming out this year (2014). She wrote, produced, and directed “My Husband’s Woman” –The Stage Play, which played two shows @ The Town Theater on November 27, 2011 and toured all over South Carolina. Her plans are to bring this fascinating play to the world. 
Dee Dee is the CEO of DDMS Entertainment where she runs: Ahsyad Publications; A Raw Production; A DDMS Theater Production; and A Danny L. & Dee Dee M. Scott Films. She is also the founder of Joseph & Kathy Gregg’s Child; a nonprofit named after her parents, who both passed away from Cancer. This organization gives a portion of its proceeds to The American Cancer Society. Dee Dee has also started Authors On The Move (AOTR), an online blog and website dedicated to (YOU) up & coming authors out there. So, make sure you check it out.
